A major bank is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile, high-value office relocations and fit-out projects. This is a Fixed Term Contract for someone immediately available and ready to deliver from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Full commercial and cost management of multiple office relocations and fit-outs
* Budget setting, cost planning, forecasting, and change control
* Managing consultants, contractors, and cost reports through all project stages
* Ensuring cost certainty, value for money, and strong commercial governance
* Reporting to senior stakeholders within a corporate banking environment
About you
* Proven experience as a Construction Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor
* Strong background in commercial office fit-out and relocation projects
* Confident managing large, complex, high-value programmes
* Excellent stakeholder and commercial management skillsImmediately available (or very short notice)
