THE ROLE
SoBe Burger is the fastest-growing burger brand in the UK, boasting over 200 licensed delivery-only locations and 14 thriving franchises—with many more on the way!
You will play a key role in driving SoBe Burgers brand presence, increasing customer engagement, and supporting franchise growth. Reporting to the MD of SoBe Burger and eventually the VP of Marketing, you will execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing brand and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive footfall to franchise locations and delivery platforms.
Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Manage the day-to-day operations of SoBe Burgers social media presence, working closely with the Social Media Lead who creates content and partnerships for Instagram and TikTok.
Work across digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, influencer collaborations, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise future marketing efforts.
Assist in developing content for social platforms, email campaigns, and website updates to maintain an engaging digital presence.
Support the optimisation of the website and app experience, including online orders, loyalty programmes, and promotions in collaboration with central teams.
Work alongside the Head of Growth on SEO, PPC, and data analytics strategies to improve online visibility and customer conversion on the delivery platforms.
Collaborate with franchisees to develop localised marketing initiatives that align with SoBe Burgers brand values.
Help identify and build relationships with complementary brands, influencers, and partners to expand SoBe Burgers reach.
Support community outreach initiatives that strengthen SoBe Burgers reputation and customer loyalty.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Strong content writing skills and ability to craft compelling brand messaging.
Experience in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Passion for brand building and understanding how to engage audiences effectively.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Hands-on experience with social media management.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Passion for food and hospitality, with an understanding of the industry's trends and customer behaviours.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Resilient and loyal.
Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food.
Expert level of English language.
