Role & Responsibilities
* Work on the pre-planning stages of low-rise apartment and housing-led schemes
* Prepare concept designs, feasibility studies, and planning drawings
* Coordinate with consultants, planning authorities, and internal project teams
* Contribute to design reviews, planning submissions, and supporting documentation
* Manage allocated work packages and assist with overall project delivery
* Develop towards taking responsibility for leading projects independently
Required Skills & Experience
* ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience
* Proven experience working on residential-led schemes at pre-planning stage
* Strong design capability with good technical understanding
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider project team
* Sound knowledge of UK planning processes and housing standards
* Clear communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
