This is a hands-on position offering exposure to both strategic planning and operational delivery especially during high-energy race day events. You will: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring Provide financial insights to inform strategic decisions Work with senior leadership on business planning and analysis Promote strong cost control across the organisation Assist with race day finance, including forecasts and post-event reporting Support timely and accurate production of management accounts Monitor contracts to ensure value for money Assist with balance sheet management and financial compliance Prepare regular financial reports for management and the board Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders You'll be at the heart of decision-making, helping to steer the business both strategically and operationally.
