Senior Building Services Manager - Mechanical

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to join one of the most prestigious commercial developments currently being delivered in London.
Although titled Mechanical Package Manager, this role is best suited to a Senior Building Services Manager with a strong mechanical background, accustomed to leading large, complex MEP scopes on major projects.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for a £40m–£50m mechanical package on a flagship London project, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors from pre-construction through to final delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the mechanical package from pre-construction, design development, procurement and construction
* Leading and coordinating design teams to ensure buildability, compliance and value
* Overseeing programme, cost, quality and risk for the mechanical scope
* Managing specialist subcontractors and ensuring performance against contract
* Working collaboratively with the wider project leadership team to deliver a world-class outcome
About You
* Strong background in mechanical building services on major commercial or mixed-use projects
* Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical packages (£40m+) on a single project
* Comfortable operating at Senior Building Services Manager / Package Manager level
* Experience across pre-construction, design and delivery phases
* Major project experience with a Tier 1 contractor or leading specialist is essential
