Responsibilities:
* Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership, state and factory standards.
* Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.
* Communicate with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
* Follow and promote the dealership’s high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 5-8 years of automotive technician experience
* Capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles
* Valid driver’s license and state inspection license
