Overview
Ocho is partnering with a highly regarded software house to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join a well-established, high-performing team.
This role will see you working on a major platform transformation within the insurance space, helping to deliver a modern, best-in-class technology solution. You'll play a key role in shaping requirements, driving delivery and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
The team has an excellent reputation in the market, offering a collaborative environment with strong leadership and clear delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
* Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear deliverables
* Support the delivery of a large-scale platform transformation
* Collaborate with engineering, product and QA teams in an Agile environment
* Facilitate workshops, user story creation and backlog management
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Person We Are Looking For
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery environments
* Experience working on complex platform or transformation projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in Agile environments
* Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture
* Background in insurance or financial services is advantageous
Role Details
* Salary up to £65,000
* Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
