In this role, you’ll support site security operations, assist visitors and staff, and deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring client and Sodexo safety standards are met at all times. Key Responsibilities: Provide ad-hoc support to security operations across the site Patrol and monitor premises to ensure the safety of people, buildings, and assets, including use of CCTV Control site access, including visitor management, safety briefings, and key/access card control Support health & safety, fire control, evacuation procedures, and vehicle movements (including weighbridge records) Carry out security checks, including occasional person and vehicle searches What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with good awareness of surroundings Previous experience in a similar security role Holds a valid SIA Manned Guarding licence (CCTV licence desirable) Good understanding of security techniques and procedures Secure/Sodexo trained (full driving licence and local site knowledge desirable) What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you’ll be able to thrive in your own way.
