Abels are proud members of BAR (British Association of Removers)and our house moving teams specialise both in moving antiques and specialist items such as pianos, grandfather clocks, fine art alongside day to day household items and furniture, always delivering the utmost care and attention, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guaranteeing our customer's peace of mind.

Position: RELOCATION COORDINATOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic Relocation Coordinator to join a growing Team based in Brandon, Suffolk. Responsible for the coordination & movement of goods in and out of the UK.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

* Review incoming enquires and contacting customers to obtain information on their move requirements
* Manage customer Import / Export / European move requirements accordingly
* Interact and communicate effectively with our Customers, Operations, Partners and Suppliers
* Liaise with contractor and suppliers on additional services when required
* Raise POs and invoicing for works - liaising with accounts accordingly
* Ensure data relating to jobs and customer correspondence is filed and organised accordingly
* Work closely with team colleagues and additionally sales to ensure customer requirements are met dutifully.
* All forms of administration; data entry, filing, emailing and telephone use

Experience & Qualifications:

* Excellent customer service, telephone manner, time management & organisational skills – Essential
* Strong Administration experience: data entry, problem solving, attention to detail – Essentia
* Previous experience within a similar role - Highly Desirable
* Previous experience within removals/ relocation - Desirable
* Previous logistics/ operations experience– Desirable
* Multilingual – Desirable
* Excellent work ethic and professional approach
* Full UK drivers' licence is desirable due to location, however public transport nearby
