Administration Assistant 1x Permanent and 1x Fixed-Term (up to 10 months), Full-time positions available As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for 2x self-motivated, enthusiastic Administration Assistants, to cover reception, and adept at providing good customer service and comprehensive administration support to the Central Administration Team, to ensure the effective running of the service. Reporting to the Central Administration and Business Support Coordinator, this role is responsible for providing an effective administration service to the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for visitors, customers, and colleagues. The 2x positions come with a salary of £24,558 per year, working 35 hours per week, within the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday-Friday as agreed by your line manager. About the role: To be successful in the role of Administration Assistant our new team member will have a minimum level of education Level 2 or equivalent experience in a similar role, as well as having the skills below: People centric, with experience of communicating with internal or external stakeholders - you will be providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, as you cover reception as and when required, meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Adaptable – you will help other teams meet their aims by working under instruction and using initiative. Exceptional attention to detail - essential to record and process information accurately. Technologically proficient - Experience of working with Microsoft office/Teams to achieve outcomes.
