£27,875per annum with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to£30,019on a competency-based framework.

This role offers 40 hours and requires you to be fully flexible, including weekends on a rota basis.
What you will do
Lead and drive teamto achieving sales and profit targets.
Work closely with Area Manager ensuring the store is running smoothly
Build relationships with volunteers to ensure they are engaged and involved in Keech events
Attend managers meetingsin Keech Head Office
Handling till readings, balancing and banking
Hands on approach, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is maintained by all staff.
Implement and maintain systems in line with Keech Hospice policies and procedures.
What you need to do it
Strong management/leadership experience are essential
Previous experiencein similar retail role or an interest in working within the charity sector.
Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, confidently being ableto support a diverse team
