Junior Corporate Lawyer (1–2 PQE) – London
An elite US Law Firm is seeking a 1–2 PQE corporate associate to join its growing London team. This is a rare opportunity to build a career in a top-tier global energy practice, advising on major cross-border transactions and strategic projects across oil & gas, energy transition, and emerging markets.
You’ll work on high-value matters involving offshore acquisitions, large-scale M&A, government negotiations, carbon credits, battery storage platforms and more—within a team consistently recognised as a market leader in the energy sector.
What we’re looking for:
* 1–2 PQE in corporate energy transactional work
* Background from a leading UK/US or top energy firm
* Strong academics
* Experience in energy/resources
* French or Spanish language skills beneficial
US-level compensation offered (1 PQE: £185k base, 2 PQE: £200k base) plus bonus.
