We are looking for multiple Keyworkers in the Cranstoun Worcestershire drug and alcohol treatment service who share our values and are ready to support individuals affected by alcohol and/or drug use on their journey to healthier, safer lives.
About the Role
As a Keyworker, you will:
Provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to individuals with alcohol and/or drug-related challenges.
Deliver harm reduction interventions and psychosocial support.
Work collaboratively with local agencies to ensure holistic care.
Support individuals in accessing treatment, education, employment, and housing.
Champion safeguarding, equality, and inclusion in every aspect of your work.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with individuals affected by substance use or similar challenges.
Understands harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches.
Can manage a caseload and deliver both one-to-one and group interventions.
Is confident working in multi-agency settings and advocating for service users.
Shares our commitment to social justice and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
A relevant qualification (e.g. Health & Social Care Level 3, Social Work, or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and IT skills.
A non-judgemental, proactive, and organised approach.
Ability to travel across Worcestershire (own transport desirable).
