Job Description
Robert Half are currently seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join a private equity-backed organisation based in North Bristol. This is an initial 2-3 month assignment (Inside IR35), offering a hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week on site.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-scaling business where finance plays a central role in supporting continued growth and operational expansion. The team requires a hands-on professional who can quickly integrate and provide strong month-end and BAU support in a dynamic environment.
Role: Interim Management Accountant
Location: North Bristol (2-3 days per week on site)Duration: 2-3 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Rate: £300pd - £320pd (Umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of monthly management accounts
* Posting journals, managing accruals, and completing balance sheet reconciliations
* Delivering variance analysis with clear commentary for senior stakeholders
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
* Assisting with process improvements within a scaling finance function
* Supporting statutory reporting requirements
* Managing and responding to audit queries
* Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts

* Available at short notice
* Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving business
* Strong technical accounting knowledge with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
