We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Play Worker to join our team. You will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, safe, and inclusive play opportunities that support the development and well-being of children in our care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun environment whilst making a real difference in young children’s lives through creative and stimulating play activities.
This is a physically demanding role with a requirement to keep up with the active students.
You should have a positive mind-set, the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and staff, be flexible and able to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities
* Have a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education or equivalent).
* Have previous experience working with young children in a play or early years setting is desirable.
* Have a passion for play and child development.
* Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Be creative in designing engaging and age-appropriate activities.
* Have knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
* Ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
