The Role – RVN Insurance Administrator
Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will manage all insured client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for insurance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
o Process and submit veterinary insurance claims accurately and efficiently
o Liaise directly with insurance companies to support timely claim resolution
o Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients regarding claims
o Monitor and manage insured debt tracking
o Resolve claim queries and internal clarifications
o Support the practice’s mission of “What’s best for the pet”
This role is ideal for an RVN who enjoys administrative responsibility while remaining integral to patient care and client experience.
