Permanent Educator | St Albans


About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and committed Permanent Educator to join our St Albans centre. In this role, you’ll support meaningful learning experiences, nurture strong relationships with children and families, and be part of a warm, community‑focused team.

This is a permanent part‑time opportunity across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities

* Support engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned to the EYLF
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
* Observe, document, and reflect on children’s development
* Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive learning environment
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing


About You

* ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
* Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
* A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team
* Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
