Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator Location: Wrexham Salary: £13.50 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Contract Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (6am 6pm / 6pm 6am flexibility for day and night rotation required) About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Counterbalance Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operator to join our team in Wrexham. This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for individuals who enjoy a mix of forklift operation, general warehouse duties, and managing on-site recycling processes. Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance forklift truck. Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and picking/packing. Managing and processing site recycling materials to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assisting with stock control and ensuring accurate inventory placement. Adhering strictly to site health and safety guidelines at all times. What We Are Looking For: A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent). Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Experience with recycling operations is a distinct advantage. Flexibility to commit to a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, including potential rotations between days and nights. Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
