Facilities Coordinator - Crewe

£30,000 to £37,000 per annum


Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for a dynamic role?
Do you have experience working within a facilities coordinator role?
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will take charge of managing all site facilities, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include; ensuring that all H&S policies and procedures are in place, all maintenance contracts, fire regulations, contract management and project delivery are carried our. Ensuring staff training is up to date and arranging training sessions where required, maintaining all H&S standards for all employees and external visitors and subervising all contractors.

You will address any maintenance issues promptly and arrange regular testing & checks and ensuring that all compliance policies are followed. This role would suit someone extremely organised and driven, with the ability to forward plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Conduct risk assessments and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
3. Manage stationary orders, toiletries, and cleaning apparatus.
4. Update policies and ensure they are adhered to.
5. Keep track of employee on line training records.
6. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
