Your Job: To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
To assist guests with the movement of luggage to and from the bedroom.
To assist customers who need assistance with any information that they require.
To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Drive the hotel bus
What You'll Need: Proven experience in Transport departments
Must have a full, clean D1 Driving License
Excellent organisational skills
Be ready to maintain a flexible schedule, as operations run seven days a week, Available to work both day and night shifts
Strong communication and management skills. Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team of drivers
