Admissions Officer
Autism Together is a growing provider of residential, supported living, and day services. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and experience supporting individuals with Autism in a social care setting to join our Admissions Team, supporting new admissions to facilitate our growth.
The postholder will assist the Admissions Manager and Operational Director in completing holistic assessments of new referrals, designing bespoke support packages, and preparing costings and transition plans.

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual with strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including commissioners, health and social care professionals, families, and individuals supported.
The successful candidate will be able to complete holistic assessments, produce high-quality reports, including transition and support plans, and prepare costings for presentation to commissioning bodies. Experience in care delivery for individuals across the autism spectrum is essential.
What you will be doing…
1. Completing independent assessments of referred individuals.
2. Compiling comprehensive reports focusing on outcomes and costings for commissioners.
3. Supporting new service enquiries through various media.
4. Conducting tours of services for individuals.
5. Representing Autism Together at marketing events.
6. Contributing to development meetings to influence future service needs.
7. Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with potential flexibility.
Additional requirements
The postholder will need to travel independently to assessments and services, using their own vehicle with business use (mileage paid).
