Our client, a highly respected and long-established law firm, is seeking an experienced and passionate Family Law Solicitor to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience across all areas of family law and a solid understanding of Legal Aid work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of Family Law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, private and public children matters, and domestic violence cases.
* Handle Legal Aid family work from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements.
* Provide clear, empathetic, and professional advice to clients on sensitive and complex issues.
* Represent clients in negotiations and at hearings where appropriate.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and firm standards.
* Contribute to the growth and success of the department through excellent client service and professional conduct.
* (Desirable) Involvement in Court of Protection matters and willingness to develop further in this area.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) – 4 + years PQE.
* Experience across all areas of Family Law (both private and public).
* Legal Aid experience is essential.
* Court of Protection experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong client care skills and an empathetic, professional approach.
* Ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload independently.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

* Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE).
