Take ownership of tasks and continuously seek ways to improve processes. Oversee and drive improvements in machine performance, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime. Plan, execute, and complete effective planned maintenance on all plant and facility equipment. Respond promptly to machine faults and breakdowns across the site, as directed by the Lead Engineer. Maintain accurate breakdown and maintenance records for all work undertaken. Manage the availability and effective use of tooling across WorkCentres. Ensure that spare parts for each machine and process are always available and effectively managed. Handle the booking in and out of machine spares and tooling from stores.
