Must have’s
* Proven hands-on experience across either multiple maintenance trades or one of (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, decorating)
* Strong understanding of health and safety practices, including COSHH, manual handling, and RAMS
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Excellent organisation skills with experience maintaining accurate records
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional, reliable, and discreet approach
* Ability to adapt across residential, commercial, and hospitality environments
Nice to have’s
* Experience working within both private residential and commercial or hospitality settings
* Forklift driving experience
* Familiarity with maintaining HVAC, drainage, and plant systems
So, what will you be doing?
* Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across residential, commercial, and hospitality properties
* Completing planned preventative maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Conducting statutory checks such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, and water systems
* Maintaining compliance records and ensuring all safety standards are met
* Monitoring and maintaining systems including heating, water, drainage, and HVAC
* Undertaking a range of trade work including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating
* Coordinating and overseeing external contractors to ensure quality and compliance
* Maintaining external grounds, outbuildings, gates, and equipment
* Supporting day-to-day operations and responding to ad hoc requests from residents, tenants, and staff
