Every day you will be supporting a designated corporate client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success. About the Heritage Team and your role within it Our focus is on the exciting and highly specialist world of Heritage. We specialise in insuring the commercial heritage sector including archaeologists, museums, conservators as well as some other niche risks. This is not your usual insurance job, every day is varied and our lovely book of clients are a pleasure to deal with. Your responsibilities will include: Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business requirements Negotiate and secure competitive insurance quotes and coverage for clients Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and manage any claims issues efficiently and accurately Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients Learn how to underwrite risks within a delegated authority matrix What are we looking for in our Account Handlers?
