About the Team:
At eBay, we’re changing how brands engage with customers through a robust suite of advertising products. Our client-facing team helps brands grow on and beyond the eBay marketplace by guiding them through innovative, full-funnel advertising strategies. As part of this team, you'll play a key support role in driving advertising success for a wide variety of brands.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to join our Brand Development Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting strategic advertising campaigns for well-known brands, while collaborating with senior sellers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
What you will accomplish :
Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation of advertising campaigns across eBay’s platforms. Ensure campaign materials, assets, and timelines are managed efficiently.
Client Support: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for brand partners on campaign logistics, basic performance reporting, and deliverables.
Monitor & Optimize: Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and surface optimization opportunities to internal teams. Help ensure campaigns meet brand objectives and KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, creative, and product teams to align campaign delivery with brand goals.
Operational Excellence: Maintain documentation, ensure data accuracy in internal systems, and support process improvements across campaign workflows.
Research & Insights: Capture category or brand-specific insights to support senior team members in strategic planning and campaign design.
What You Will Bring:

* Proven experience in digital advertising, marketing, or a client support role. Familiarity with digital media, advertising KPIs, and campaign execution. Experience using reporting tools and ad platforms
