Job Role
As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life by providing care, support, and supervision.
* Create positive relationships with young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
* Guide and support all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager on the performance and needs of everyone.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
* At least 2 years of experience within Residential Childcare working alongside young people.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Salary between £26,800 - £30,500 (Dependent on sleep‑ins).
