What You’ll Be Involved In:
* Learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer engagement through live campaign experience
* Taking on responsibility in day-to-day operations, including logistics, territory planning, and performance reporting
* Working closely with managers to understand team coordination, motivation, and project management
* Developing a deep understanding of client expectations and how to deliver results that align with commercial goals
* Attending strategy meetings and contributing to the development and execution of campaign plans
* Analysing campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Shadowing senior leaders to gain insight into business growth, client expansion, and multi-department coordination
* Building commercial awareness across marketing, operations, and recruitment functions
* Gaining exposure to national and international business events, leadership workshops, and networking opportunities
