Ensure the continuous flow of materials so that required parts and resources are available in a timely manner. Drive lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, and waste elimination initiatives. Lead and support continuous improvement projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimising resource utilisation. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to quickly resolve production issues. Foster a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and active employee involvement. Organise and participate in daily and weekly production meetings. Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure full compliance with all health and safety legislation and company standards. Ensure production lines operate in accordance with lean manufacturing principles and agreed processes. Ensure compliance with all site rules, regulations, and company policies.
