An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with IP&C experience, drive and motivation to compliment our team of Infection Prevention and Control Nurses., As a professional role model, you will provide direct and indirect clinical care; ensuring that the needs of the patient are placed at the centre of care delivery. You will be expected to take the lead on the provision of specialist nursing advice to support and facilitate high quality, individualised care to patients/clients and relatives/carers in collaboration with the multi-professional team.
This challenging yet exciting position involves managing a wide range of complex and sometimes conflicting priorities. It is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team of nurses, who work at the cutting edge of this exciting discipline.
A positive, flexible style and approach is necessary and you must be effective at motivating and influencing staff at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount to this rewarding role.
