Teaching Personnel are recruiting Pastoral and Behaviour Support staff for secondary schools across Northamptonshire from September. This role involves working closely with students who need additional behavioural, emotional or social support.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting students in managing behaviour and emotions
* Providing 1:1 or small group mentoring
* Building strong, positive relationships with pupils
* Working with wider pastoral teams, parents and external agencies
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
* Youth work, mentoring or behaviour support
* Education, care or alternative provision
* Managing challenging behaviour with a calm, consistent approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
