We're looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team at the Willow Family Wellbeing Centre Nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in an inclusive environment supporting children aged 6 months to 5 years, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.
What you'll do:
* Be a keyperson for a group of children, using observation to plan and deliver high-quality learning opportunities
* Initially work in the Sunshine Room (specialist provision for children with Autism), supporting 12 amazing children alongside highly skilled staff
* Collaborate with a multi-professional team including speech and language therapists, physios, occupational therapists, social care and family support services
* Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports every child's development and wellbeing
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience of working in early years settings with children of different ages and abilities
* Passion for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities
* Strong observation, planning and communication skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* A positive, flexible and team-oriented approach
