Location: Only a 6-minute walk from King's Cross Station
Salary: £24 - £25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level PA/EA support to the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Prepare and edit board papers, reports, and formal correspondence with precision.
* Liaise with the Board and external agencies, including high-profile stakeholders.
* Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
* Support personal and business-related requests, such as logistics for lunches and coffees.
* Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with onboarding/training processes.
* Offer general administrative support as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.What We're Looking For:
Strong EA/PA Background: Proven experience with senior-level exposure, showcasing your ability to handle high-stakes tasks.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially in board-level documentation and reports.
* Technical Proficiency: Comfort with digital tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
