What You'll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering creative, adaptive lessons to meet the needs of all learners
* Supporting each child's academic, emotional, and social development
* Maintaining an inspiring, safe and inclusive learning environment
* Assessing and tracking pupil progress using the school's assessment frameworks
* Providing quality feedback to pupils and engaging parents in learning
* Leading class routines, playtime supervision, and contributing to assemblies
* Collaborating with TA's and Inclusion teams to maximise pupil outcomes
* Supporting school events, trips, and performances
