Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (DOE)

Sidemen Clothing, also known as SDMN, is the official clothing brand from the Sidemen. Established in 2013, the brand has grown alongside the Sidemen’s online presence and their connection with a huge global audience.
Social is a huge part of what we do. It drives hype, builds community, supports launches, and sells product.
About the role
* We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes, social media, the Sidemen, internet culture, and the wider creator space.
* You should have a genuine understanding of the Sidemen, their audience, the wider YouTube and creator world, and what is happening online at all times.
* You’ll lead the brand’s social media strategy across all platforms, manage our social, and community channels, support on shoot days and help turn content into product sales.
What you’ll do
* Lead the brand’s social media strategy across all platforms
* Post and manage content across social and community channels
* Grow audience, engagement, and community
* Attend brand shoots with the Sidemen, creators and influencers to support social content
* Develop content plans for drops, campaigns, launches, and key moments
* Create native social edits using CapCut
* Spot trends, memes, cultural moments, and creator-space opportunities
* React quickly to Sidemen moments and relevant online conversations
* Make sure social content supports wider marketing, product, and brand goals
* Use social media to build hype, tell product stories, and support sales
* Support creative direction for creator collaborations
* Analyse performance data and use insights to improve future content
About you
* Strong knowledge of the Sidemen, their audience, humour, and wider ecosystem
* Plugged into TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator culture, memes, fashion, and streetwear
* At least 2 years’ experience running social media for a high-profile brand, creator, media company, or large community
* Confident working with creators and influencers, with the ability to direct people clearly and get the content needed
* Proven track record of growing and managing social accounts with a large following
* Strong understanding of how social media can sell product and support commercial goals
* Confident using CapCut/Adobe to create native short-form edits
* Photoshop skills are preferred but not essential
* Good attention to detail, with the ability to pick up on small things that can help content perform better
* Able to move fast and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of what performs on each platform
* Data-aware and confident using analytics to improve content
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
* Experience mentoring junior team members is preferred but not essential
