Overview
As a Senior Primary Care Nurse your responsibilities will vary. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions, undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.

Qualifications and Experience
* Registered nurse Adult
* Experience in evidence-based practice and continuous professional development

* Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment

Hours and Salary
* Hours: Monday - Sunday service 37.5 hours per week
* 7.45am - 18:15pm
* Every other weekend and bank holiday also included as part of rota
* 4 week rolling rota
* Full time position with annual salary up to £42,094 - £47,466 per annum FTE, depending on experience
* Happy to discuss lower hours
