Arla Foods currently has opportunities for Class 1 HGV drivers to join our Chester Depot on a full-time and permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Inbound Logistics team, driving to local Arla farms to collect raw milk from our farmer owners and deliver it to our dairy for production of our wide range of dairy products.
You will join our Chester Logistics Team, working alongside our Operations Manager, Shift Managers, Leading Hands, and other HGV Drivers who are all dedicated to helping to Feed the Nation.
What we are looking for
* A motivated individual with a Class 1 License, tachograph card, and a valid CPC.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and adherence to health and safety rules.
* Ability to understand signage and communicate effectively with colleagues and external customers.
* Commitment to quality and a passion for an inclusive culture.
This role operates on a 5 on, 3 off rota basis and includes weekend and Bank Holiday work (with premium shift payments).
