Job Purpose: This position is for development role in KYC platform of Citi. The Developer will join CitiKYC Global development team and work on JAVA Development and Design of Citi. Job Background/context: Know-Your-Customer (KYC) is a program to perform due diligence when accepting, or renewing periodically, a business relationship. This process ensures compliance with KYC regulations; customer Identification Program Procedures (CIP-P) and other regulatory requirements intended to protect Citi from being used for money-laundering or terrorist financing. This includes Potential money laundering risks and verifying the information when establishing a relationship with a client on a periodic basis. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Designing and Building solutions for CitiKYC application. Apply internal standards for re-use, architecture, testing and general best practices. Responsible for Full Software Development Life Cycle, Code reviews; test case reviews and ensures code developed meets the requirements, Component Design/ Coding/ Unit testing/ Debugging, and Level 3 production support when needed. Responsible for the on-time delivery of high quality code with low rates of production defects Ensure that deployed software is scalable and reliable Research and recommend Technology to improve the current systems. Knowledge/Experience: 4-7 Year hands-on experience as JAVA Developer Strong experience in Java Strong level knowledge in Design patterns Strong in Business and Integration tiers with deep knowledge in Spring, Hibernate and JPA Good Oracle DB skills Skills: Strong experience in Core Java Strong level knowledge in Design patterns High Proficiency in Open Source Technologies/Framework/Tools Expert level knowledge in terms of integrating Java/JEE systems with other technologies. Strong level in Design skills. Very Strong in terms of refactoring, best coding practices and code optimization. Good understanding of object-oriented programming and Design Patterns. Qualifications: Essential :- Educational requirements: BE/B.
