Position: Payroll Specialist
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm or Perm, Part-Time (2-3 days per week)
Salary: £15-£17.50 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits (£30-35K FTE)

Are you passionate about precision and compliance? Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a Payroll Specialist to take ownership of payroll operations for colleagues in a growing organisation. What you'll do
* Collate and verify monthly payroll data, including overtime and variable pay
* Prepare and distribute accurate overtime reports
* Work closely with HR and our outsourced payroll provider
* Be the go-to expert for payroll queries on tax, NI, and benefits
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory requirements
* Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
What we’re looking for
* Proven payroll experience
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, NI, and statutory reporting
* Familiarity with P11D, P60, PAYE processes
* Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
* Experience with HR-linked payroll systems is advantageous
