As Hotel Receptionist, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests, and your friendly welcoming attitude, is one the key part to making our guests stay as memorable as possible.
Hotel Receptionist responsibilities include check-in/ Check-out, verifying reservations, ensuring payments and folios are balanced, arranging a number of guest requests, coordinating with all departments across the property and most importantly, providing our guests with first class local knowledge and a positive can do attitude, the words "I don't know" are not in our vocabulary.

*Responsibilities*
· Carry out guest check-in and check-out
· Manage online and phone reservations
· Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
· Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner coordinating with Duty Managers.
· Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs
· Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
· Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
· Maintain updated records of bookings and payment
Requirements
· Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
· Experience working in a Hotel brand
· Excellent Customer service attitude and a Can Do Attitude
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
