Key Responsibilities
* Conduct repairs and servicing on HGVs and mounted municipal equipment.
* Diagnose faults using computer-aided software.
* Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and ensure compliance with DOT specifications.
* Maintain high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
Skills, Experience, and Education
Communication
* Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to write formal reports on technical issues.
Knowledge/Expertise
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance and repair of RCVs or similar equipment.
* Proven diagnostic skills and understanding of electronics and hydraulics.
* Current PLG licence and Year 3 C&G training or equivalent.

* Ability to work under own initiative and solve problems independently.
* Experience with reading wiring and hydraulic diagrams.
