Purpose of Job Based in one of our childrens residential homes, youll support young people with challenging behaviour, requiring flexibility, resilience, honesty, and strong organisation. Youll be committed to delivering high quality care that helps each young person achieve positive outcomes. This is a permanent role with great career prospects and full training within a growing organisation. Youll work an average of 38 hours per week on a 2 days on/4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Youll also receive generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus.
