We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Supervisor to join our team at the Warrington Hub.
This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern Days. Day shifts typically run 7am–7pm; however, these may vary depending on the time of year and operational needs.

What will you do?
As a Transport Shift Supervisor, reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in providing leadership, support, and clear direction to a team of Drivers.
You will:
1. Motivate and guide colleagues, using strong problem-solving skills to keep the transport operation running smoothly.
2. Provide thorough handovers to your Shift Manager and fellow Supervisors, ensuring continuity across shifts.
3. Brief and debrief drivers, ensuring they fully understand the instructions for their allocated runs.
