The Opportunity
Our Case Managers have the opportunity to work directly with some of our most important workers to create a long-lasting impact on their lives.
Your new role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Workers Compensation professional to join us as a Case Manager within our Nominal Insurer Business.
About the role
* Case management activities including assessments, planning, treatment coordination, and return-to-work support.
* Communicating with stakeholders including workers, employers, health professionals, legal professionals, and colleagues to ensure collaboration and effective support.
* Providing advocacy and mental health support for injured workers, ensuring proper representation, support, and receipt of benefits and compensation.
* Completing all relevant documentation, reporting, and administration accurately and timely.
* Developing complex injury management plans tailored to the circumstances of each claim, considering the goals and complexities involved.
About you
If you have experience in workers compensation and seek a new challenge, you recognize the impact you can have on people's lives. To succeed, you will bring:
* Professional experience in Workers Compensation, ideally within insurance or employer-based organizations, with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting health, well-being, and entitlements.
* A collaborative approach, focusing on building sustainable relationships, with effective time management for quality injury management planning.
* High influencing skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and resilience in difficult situations.
