Location: CV1 Coventry city centre, great access to public transport and car parks
no parking onsite
Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
We are looking to recruit a passionate knowledgeable chef de partie into our team in Coventry, as part of this role you would be working within a kitchen team of three and larger team of eleven. to service breakfast, lunch and hospitality events

Baxterstorey is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Coventry, United Kingdom. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations and contributing to the overall success of our food service.
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your designated section of the kitchen
Ensure all food items are prepared to the exact specifications of our menu and recipes
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in stock rotation and inventory management to minimise waste
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Contribute to menu planning and development, offering creative input when appropriate
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section
Assist the Head Chef as required
Maintain knowledge of current food trends and culinary techniques
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within a professional kitchen
Valid Food Safety Certification
Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Passion for food and commitment to culinary excellence
