Role
Commercial Account Handler – responsible for assisting clients with renewals, mid‑term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products, and working closely with account executives on larger cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with renewals, mid‑term adjustments, documentation queries and quotation for additional products.
* Collaborate with account executives on larger cases.
* Provide advice to small and medium sized commercial clients.
Qualifications
* At least 2‑3 years of commercial broking experience.
* Solid grounding in commercial insurance, with exposure to Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D & O, Cyber and packaged solutions.
Benefits
* Basic salary £25‑32k.
* Regular 1‑2‑1s and standard benefits package (Holiday, Pension, etc.).
* Full support to gain professional insurance qualifications.
* Office hours Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm; fully office‑based in Solihull.
