We are Lockheed Martin, one of the biggest Aerospace/Defence/IT Contractors in the world.
It's getting busy and we need to hire a Pensions Analyst/Administrator for our rewards and benefits team.
This role will support our global pension activities. Due to increasing workload, we are expanding our team.
As a Pension Administrator, you will manage the company's employee pension and benefits programs, providing guidance, analysis, overseeing invoice payments, and plan renewals.
You will ensure all programs are administered in compliance with guidelines, procedures, and laws.
You may also stay updated on trends in employee pensions and benefits, and assist in communicating pension information to employees.
Please note:
* We offer our “4 Flex” working pattern, allowing you to compress your hours over 4 days and have a day off, typically Friday.
* You will need to attend on-site induction and training for one week in London or Havant.
* The role is predominantly hybrid; initially, you may need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, then transition back to a hybrid schedule.
* You must be able to commute to London or Havant during this period.
Duties / Responsibilities:
The Pensions and Benefits Administrator will support all pension and benefit activities, including:
* Collaborating with regional Reward teams and external vendors to ensure efficient administration.
* Working with the US team to ensure timely statutory reporting.
* Ensuring invoices are paid promptly.
* Developing employee communications to enhance engagement and understanding.
* Providing information and guidance on eligibility, benefits, and plan provisions; preparing communication materials like webinars, statements, and newsletters.
* Responding to inquiries from employees, retirees, and stakeholders regarding pension matters.
* Offering advice and support to Regional Reward leads.
* Monitoring project income and collaborating with the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist to ensure project delivery on plan and budget.
* Working with the Reward Operations team to improve processes.
* Covering for the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist as needed.
This role requires a Basic Security Check.
