This is a high-impact role, responsible for leading performance marketing, driving customer acquisition and retention, and scaling revenue across multiple channels and markets. The Role You'll own the end-to-end growth strategy, balancing acquisition, retention, and brand investment, while leading a small but high-performing marketing team. Acquisition, Performance & Growth Own and optimise multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media (Meta, Google, affiliates, marketplaces) Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI optimisation across channels Drive a performance-led approach while evolving brand presence across mid-to-upper funnel activity Build and scale affiliate and partner programmes to diversify acquisition Retention & Customer Lifecycle Partner with CRM to deliver best-in-class lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and loyalty Balance acquisition with retention to maximise LTV and long-term revenue growth Ecommerce, CRO & Marketplaces Collaborate with ecommerce leadership to deliver a structured CRO roadmap, driven by testing and data Scale growth across third-party marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop, wholesale platforms) Develop strategies to convert marketplace customers into direct-to-consumer Data, Analytics & Innovation Use data (CAC, LTV, churn) to inform strategic decision-making Own growth KPIs and reporting across acquisition, retention, and revenue Improve visibility through dashboards and analytics infrastructure Run incrementality testing to optimise spend Explore and implement AI tools across creative, targeting, and analytics Leadership & Collaboration Lead, coach, and develop a small team across paid media, CRM, and marketplace channels Act as the central growth lead across marketing, ecommerce, and finance Align performance marketing strategy with wider commercial objectives APPLY NOW!
