IT Support Technician Location: Dungannon Salary: £28,000 £34,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am 5:00pm (40 hours per week) Join a well-established, family-run manufacturing business in Dungannon as an IT Support Technician. Key Responsibilities: Support the rollout and development of the new ERP system with the IT Team Provide day-to-day support for all IT systems, hardware, and office peripherals (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.) Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met Maintain clear communication with staff regarding ticket progress and technical issues Keep IT documentation up to date for standard resolution processes Perform routine maintenance and complete daily task checklists Assist in IT projects initiated by the Site IT Manager Essential Requirements: Excellent teamworking and communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively Confident working independently and on own initiative Flexibility to work additional hours when required (including occasional weekend support) Desirable Experience & Skills: 6+ months experience in a factory or manufacturing setting Familiarity with CAD software Basic knowledge of CNC programming Experience with SQL and/or AlphaCam (preferred, not essential) Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Level 4 IT qualification or equivalent Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Staff discount on retail purchases Supportive, close-knit work environment in a strong family business Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: At least 1 year in technical/IT support (preferred) If youre enthusiastic about IT support and want to be part of a company that values its people, wed love to hear from you.
