We’re a long-established property company with over 30 years in the industry. We own and manage our entire portfolio in-house. We’re not a high-street estate agency, but our setup is similar — we find tenants for our own properties, manage them directly, and run all operations internally.
We’re looking for a sharp and reliable individual to join our team and support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Credit Control: Monitor rent payments across our portfolio. Track all incoming rent, chase arrears by phone/email/letter, and keep accurate records.
* General Office & Admin: Update the website, maintain rent schedules, keep the cashbook accurate, organise files, copy/scan documents, and handle other routine office tasks.
* Tenant Management: Deal with tenants regarding maintenance, access, queries, and general support.
* Bank Reconciliation: Check our bank accounts daily, track incoming rent, identify discrepancies, and report issues.
* Operational Support: Work alongside an experienced colleague and assist with whatever is needed to keep the office running smoothly.
This role isn’t limited to the list above — you’ll handle a range of day-to-day tasks that come with managing property operations.
Requirements
* Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
* Fast learner, organised, and able to handle pressure when things get busy.
* Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work well as part of a small team.
* A UK driving licence is an advantage.
Training
Full training will be provided. You’ll be working directly with an experienced colleague who will guide you through every part of the job.
